Welcome to my latest selection of dishes ‘fresh from the freezer’.

All the dishes are prepared and cooked to order from quality ingredients and are suitable for family meals and informal entertaining. 

Why not stock up your freezer with a selection of meals ready for when you have a houseful of guests in the holidays, for a special occasion, or for those busy days when you just don’t have time to cook?

Ideally, I need about 2 weeks notice to prepare your order.  However, I do appreciate that it is not always easy to plan so far in advance, so please give me a call if you need food for next week, or even for tomorrow, and I will do what I can!

Each dish is packed in a foil container, which can be heated in the oven, but not in the microwave.  I will freeze the dishes for you, and I will supply guidelines for thawing and reheating.

Main course dishes are prepared in multiples of 4 portions, but other quantities can be prepared – please indicate your requirements on the order form.

Salmon, leek and green pea parcels - portions of salmon fillet topped with thinly sliced leeks, green peas and crème fraiche infused with tarragon, individually wrapped in paper parcels.
