The first thing to do, if you have not already done so, is to contact Sue—Tel: 758450, or e-Mail: suelegallais@jerseymail.co.uk – to confirm that she is available to cook for you on your chosen date.

Next, with the help of the Menu Lists and the Example Menus, compile a menu for your occasion. Please remember to consider any specific dietary requirements your guests may have when selecting your dishes.

If there is a dish you would particularly like, which is not listed on the menus, do not hesitate to contact Sue to discuss it with her. Sue is always happy to provide a personal service to meet the individual needs of every client.

The next step is to discuss with Sue the following points:

• your menu

• how many guests are to be catered for

• do any of the guests have specific dietary requirements

• do you require waitresses

• do you need to hire crockery, cutlery, glasses or table linen

Sue will then be able to give you a firm quotation for your meal.
