Canapés - How to Order

The first thing to do, if you have not already done so, is to contact Sue—Tel: 758450, or e-Mail: suelegallais@jerseymail.co.uk - to confirm that she is available to cook for you on your chosen date.

Then choose your canapés. Please remember to consider any specific dietary requirements your guests may have when selecting your canapés.

If there is a dish you would particularly like, which is not listed on the menus, do not hesitate to contact Sue to discuss it with her. Sue is always happy to provide a personal service to meet the individual needs of every client.

The next step is to discuss with Sue the following points:

• your choice of canapés

• how many guests are to be catered for

• do any of the guests have specific dietary requirements

• do you require Sue to stay to cook the hot food

• do you require waitresses

• do you need to borrow glasses

• what time would you like the food delivered

Sue will then be able to give you a firm quotation for your party.
