The Sue Le Gallais Christmas Food for the Freezer List is now established as the essential ingredient for every busy cook at Christmas!
The 2009 list gives you a selection of my most popular stuffings, along with my mouth-watering hams, puddings, and of course those extra special mince pies.
I have aimed to provide sufficient information including how many portions a given quantity will serve. However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further information regarding the quantity or ingredients of any item.
All the food will be freshly prepared in December, but I will be delighted to receive your order as soon as possible. I will freeze and label the food for you, ready for collection on December 22nd and 23rd. Every order will be accompanied by detailed instructions for storing, thawing and re-heating.
I will contact you in December to arrange a time for the collection of your order. I would be grateful if you could pay for your order on collection, either in cash, or by cheque made payable to Cordon Bleu Catering Ltd. (I do not have the facility for credit card payments).
