Cold Buffet - Example Menus

In this section you will find three sample menus, (each catering for 20 guests), compiled from dishes listed in the Cold Buffet catalogue.

The price for each menu is for the dishes only, and does not include service or crockery hire etc. The price will vary if you have fewer, or indeed more, guests.

If you would like waitresses to serve the drinks and/or the buffet, the cost is £10 per hour per waitress. Understandably, the hourly rate increases to £15 per hour after midnight and on Sundays. Hire of crockery, cutlery and glasses is at an additional cost of £3.00 per guest.

Salmon and herb terrine
Lemon and basil chicken salad
Beef and roasted vegetable salad
Potato salad with spring onions, parsley and dill in a lemon vinaigrette dressing
Mangetout pea and avocado salad with sun-blush tomatoes, watercress and mint

Chicken salad with toasted almonds, sultanas, mint and preserved lemon
