This year, Sue is offering you the chance to enjoy your own private Cookery Demonstration.

There are no set dates planned - simply gather a group of 8-10 friends and contact Sue to arrange a mutually convenient time and to choose the theme for your evening.

Themes could include:

Simple Suppers

Seasonal Fish - recipes with complementary sauces

Summer Barbecues - (if the weather is fine, this demonstration will be held in the kitchen garden)

Wine and Dinner Evening - this demonstration is co-presented by Liz Mitchell from Dunells Premier Wines. The emphasis of the evening is on the selection of wines chosen by Liz to complement the four course dinner prepared by Sue.

In addition to learning new recipes, you may like to learn more about the skill of selecting suitable wines to complement the flavours of the food. This is particularly relevant to the Seasonal Fish and Summer Barbecue demonstrations. If this is of interest to you, please let Sue know and she will invite Liz to join the demonstration, and will advise you of the additional cost of the wines.

In the relaxed atmosphere of Sue's kitchen, you can sit back and absorb a range of recipes and the ingredients used to give you the confidence to expand your own repertoire of recipes. Sue is always keen to share her professional tips and shortcuts and there will be plenty of food to taste - plus each client will take away a presentation folder of all the recipes prepared.

The price per person varies depending on the theme of your demonstration: starting from £50 for the Simple Supper demonstration and rising to £75 for the Wine and Dinner Evening.
