I have used Sue Le Gallais for at least 10 years, and whether the requirement has been for a formal boardroom lunch or a buffet at home for 30 people the standard of catering, attention to detail and the helpfulness of Sue and her team mean that as a host you can relax and concentrate 100% on your guests.

Sue offers hot and cold canapés. She suggests 7 different canapés and allow 10 - 12 canapés per person.

If a dish you would particularly like is not listed – please ask, and Sue will do her best to incorporate it into your menu.

Sue will prepare the canapés in her kitchen and deliver just before your party. The cold food will be arranged on serving dishes, and the hot food will be ready to cook; full instructions will be given for times and temperatures for reheating. Alternatively, Sue can stay to cook the hot food and help with serving.

Sue can provide staff to serve the drinks and food at a cost of £11.00 per hour per waitress, £16.50 after midnight. Sue can also lend you glasses, including champagne flutes, wine glasses and tumblers at no charge.

  2. Chose your canapés. You can chose just cold canapes, or a selection of hot and cold; you can chose from either price range, or a selection from both.

4: do you require Sue to stay and cook the hot food

5: do you require waitresses to serve the food and drinks
