Canapés Catalogue

More Information
In this catalogue there are three canapé menu lists priced
at £7.45, £8.25 and £9.35 per person. Please select
a price band and then choose 7 canapés from the appropriate
list. Your choice can be all cold or a combination of hot and cold.
Usually 12 - 16 canapés per person are supplied.
If there is a dish you would particularly like, which is not listed
on the menus, do not hesitate to contact Sue to discuss it with
her. She is always happy to provide a personal service to meet the
individual needs of every client.
Sue will prepare the canapés in her kitchen and deliver the
food to you just before your party. The cold food will be attractively
arranged on serving dishes, and the hot food will be ready to cook;
full instructions will be given for times and temperatures for reheating.
Alternatively, Sue can stay to cook the hot food and help with the
serving.
Sue can provide very efficient staff to serve the drinks and food
at a cost of £10.00 per hour per waitress. Understandably,
the hourly rate increases to £15.00 after midnight and on
Sundays.
Sue can also lend you glasses, including champagne flutes, wine
glasses and tumblers at no charge.
If you prefer to choose canapés from all three lists, please
advise Sue of your selection and she will prepare a quotation for
your individual menu.
