I love entertaining at home, but I would rather be on the golf course than in the kitchen! Thus, Sue is the answer! She will deliver the contents for an entire dinner party to your home, prepare everything and get it all ready for you to pop in the oven. All you have to do is lay the table and buy the wine!

More Information

Cold buffets are always popular as they are flexible and don’t rely on all your guests being seated at once. All the food is prepared in Sue’s kitchen and delivered to you on serving dishes.

Sue has created a broad menu from which you can tailor your own buffet for 8 – 80 guests.

If a dish you would particularly like is not listed – please ask, and Sue will do her best to incorporate it into your menu.

If you, or any of your guests, have any particular culinary likes, dislikes or allergies, do let Sue know in advance so that she can use appropriate ingredients.

Dishes marked * contain raw or lightly cooked egg.

Once you have agreed a date, chosen your menu and have an idea of numbers, please go to the How to Order section.

 

Extras

Waitresses at £11 per hour per waitress, £16.50 after midnight.

Crockery, cutlery and glasses at £3.00 per person.

Tableclothes, linen or paper napkins on request.

Salmon and herb terrine - chunks of fresh salmon set into a terrine with fresh herbs, lemon and crème fraiche *

Individual poached salmon fillets served with either watercress mayonnaise *, or with olive and caper dressing

Salmon, asparagus and avocado salad - dressed with oilve oil and lime juice vinaigrette

Seafood salad with lemon and parsley dressing - scallops, prawns, squid, and mussels mixed with baby spinach leaves and courgettes
