More Information

As the eternal optimist, Sue has taken the plunge and created a new menu category devoted entirely to barbecue food for the forthcoming long hot summer!

Before you make your menu choices, please take a minute to contact Sue – Tel: 758450, or e-Mail: suelegallais@jerseymail.co.uk – to check that she is available to cook for you on your chosen date.

In this catalogue you will find a diverse range of fish, shellfish, meat and vegetable dishes, along with a wide selection of sauces and salsas to complement the main dishes. If you need a little inspiration, have a look at the Example Menus section at the end of the catalogue.

In addition to the dishes listed in this section, why not order items from the Salads and Dessert sections from the Cold Buffet Menus to create a complete meal.

Given that outdoor eating tends to be informal, Sue is happy to prepare your chosen dishes in her kitchen and deliver them to you ready to cook with all the necessary instructions. Or, if you would prefer to be a guest in your own home, she can stay to cook and serve the food. She can also provide very efficient waitresses at a cost of £10.00 per hour per waitress. Understandably, the hourly rate increases to £15.00 after midnight and on Sundays.

Crockery, cutlery and glasses are also available for hire at a cost of £2.50p per guest. In addition, please note Sue has two oil drum barbecues and a medium size gas barbecue available for hire; please contact her for details.

When you have looked through this catalogue and have chosen your dishes, please go to the How to Order page for more information on how to proceed.

If at any time, you need further advice regarding the dishes or help with planning your menu, please contact Sue and take advantage of her 20 years’ experience catering for the best parties in Jersey.
